I’ve decided to revive my blog back after some two months hiatus. I think I ought to make this blog a bit more personal, expressing my thoughts of my school life, my experience and whatnot, movie and food reviews. I know I’m being very inconsistent, well, after all this is me. Imperfection is sometimes one’s quality that makes someone special, don’t you think so?
Exams, barely a month away, and frankly, I’ve been dilly dallying around, still ignorant about the things that I ought to study. I’ve been facing difficulties trying to master my strongest subject yet, Economics. Not to mention Accounting where I’m totally in the dark. I’ve really no doubt but to predict my downfall in my coming examinations. Slipping from 4th position in class to maybe #10? The thought of it makes me shivers. Bahh! I guess there’s always ups and downs in life. Even the ‘Ai Pia Jia Eh Yia’ song says that ‘30% is destined, and 70% is based on your own effort’. Excuses just to empty the thought of guilt clouding around me. Thats purely psychological.
School activities has been tiring when I involve myself with projects like my program portfolio for the Boards Farewell, the games and fundraising portfolio for the Leadership Training Camp, as well as my camp for the VAD and Rovers combined which is scheduled next year. It should be a terrific experience after all that. I’m really looking forward to LTC, especially being the gamemaster! I mean, how cool is that?
Ultimately, Form 6 isn’t a time for me to mess around. Well, I hope my message is well echoed amongst my friends and hope you guys and girls take heed from me. Haha!
