It was quoted in the statement that Beyonce herself postponed it until a ” future date to be announced shortly.” It is just ridiculous to suggest that she lacks morality. I guess these conservative peeps never really did watched her performance after all. She is one of the best female personality the world ever known, not to mention her brilliant (not provocative) performance.
Instead, Knowles went to Indonesia, also a largely Muslim country, which has less stringent rules about how performers should dress and behave. Female artists at Malaysian concerts are required by government rules to cover up from the shoulders to knees, with no cleavage showing.
It clearly shows how much retrogressive our country is when it comes to world class recognition. Indeed, we might be known wrongly for the wrong things. When exactly are they gonna learn? Haih.
